Volunteer Spirit Development Model Based on The four Sangahavatthu of Students in Phraborommathat Sawi Network Under The Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are 1) to study of the Volunteer spirit development of students in the PhraBorommathat Sawi Network, 2) to develop a volunteer model of students according to the doctrines of Sangkhahavatthu 4 of students in the PhraBorommathat Sawi Network, 3) to bring propose a model for developing volunteerism according to the doctrines of The four Sangahavatthu of students in the PhraBorommathat Sawi Network. This research is qualitative research. Data was collected from in-depth interviews, studied the conditions of 15 people, developed a model for 5 people, had group discussions with 7 people, and analyzed descriptive data. The findings of study were as follows: 1) The Condition of Volunteer spirit development, that educational institutions integrate with student development activities in Boy scout and Girl Scout activities. Public benefit activities to reduce study time and increase learning time There is unclear assignment of responsible persons in educational institutions and there is a lack of systematic evaluation. 2) Developing the volunteer model of students according to the doctrines of The four Sangahavatthu, that the process of developing volunteerism consists of 5 parts: 1) Receiving or attending 2) Responding 3) Valuing 4) Organization 5) Characterizing by developing the doctrines The Sangha Vatthu 4 are Than, Piyawaja, Atthachariya and Samanatta, every process of volunteer development uses the The four Sangahavatthu doctrines in operations. 3) Presenting according to the doctrines of The four Sangahavatthu, that all experts are unanimous in their opinion, possible, useful and can be used.
