The Operational of The Student Care and Support System by Quality Cycle of Bangsawan - Saisopha School Cluster Under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This research has the following objectives to (1) study the operation of the student care and support system, (2) study operational guidelines and propose systematically of the student care and support system through the lens of the quality cycle. Data was collected through the qualitative research methodology and in-depth interviews, 15 participants and 7 group experts. Data were analyzed by using content analysis. The findings indicate that existing operation of the student care and support system of Bang Sawan-Sai Sopha school cluster operates as follows: 1) knowing students individually, 2) screening student, 3) student promotion and development, 4) prevention and problem solving, and 5) referral. Guidelines for operation of the student care and support system of Bang Sawan-Sai Sopha school cluster using quality cycle including 1) P – PLAN, 2) D – DO, 3) C – Check, 4) A – Act. From the presentation of guidelines for operating the student care and support system by quality cycle of Bang Sawan-Sai Sopha school cluster, experts assessed these guidelines as feasible, appropriate, and beneficial.
