Development of 21st Century Learning Skills Using Guidance Services of Rajaprachanugroh School 35, Phang Nga Province, Office of Special Education Administration

Abstract

This research aims to (1) study the state of learning skills in the 21st century of Rajaprachanugroh School 35, and (2) study the process of developing learning skills in the 21st century by using guidance services of Rajaprachanugroh School 35, Phang Nga Province, under the Office of Special Education Administration. This study is qualitative research by interviewing 15 relevant persons, 5 key informants, and inductive data analysis. The results of the study found that 1) The state of developing learning skills in the 21st century involves setting goals, meeting, practicing, and summarizing the results of the work. 2) The guidelines for developing learning skills in the 21st century by using guidance services found that the development of learning skills in the 21st century, consisting of 3R and 4C, can develop learners to have better learning skills by using all 5 guidance services as a tool for developing skills that can be further developed in the classroom and develop teachers to be more efficient.
