Administration of educational institutions according to the Royal Policy on Education of King Rama X of Ratchaprachanukroh School Group 7 Andaman Coast Under the Office of Special Education Administration

Abstract

This article aimed (1) to study the states of administration of educational institutions of Ratchaprachanukroh school, Group 7, Andaman Group, under the Office of Special Education Administration, (2) to study the guidelines of administration of educational institution of the Royal Policy of King Rama X, and (3) to present and evaluation the guidelines of administration of educational institution according to the Royal Policy of Education of King Rama X. The research methodology used of this research is qualitative research. The data of this research consisted of in-depth interviews of 15 informants, 5 in-depth informants and 7 focus group experts. The data analysis was inductive analysis. The result of this research found that the states of administration of educational institutions of the Royal Policy of King Rama X of Ratchaprachanukroh School, Group 7, Andaman Group, under the Office of Special Education Administration found that the framework consisted of 1) academic administration, 2) personnel administration, 3) budget management, 4) general administration, it was found that the administration of the 4 departments had different policies, causing the learning management process of students to not achieve the objectives set out in the curriculum or educational management policy. The guidelines of administration of educational institution according to the Royal Policy of Education of King Rama X of Ratchaprachanukroh School, Group 7, Andaman Group, under the Office of Special Education Administration consisted of academic administration, personnel administration, budget management, general administration by the process of administration of the Royal Policy of King Rama X according to the Royal Policy on Education of King Rama X as follows: 1) have the right attitude towards the country 2) have a stable life foundation and have morals 3) have a job and have a career 4) Be a good citizen. The presentation of the guidelines of administration of educational institution according to the Royal Policy of Education of King Rama X of Ratchaprachanukroh School, Group 7, Andaman Group, under the Office of Special Education Administration, the experts agreed that it was appropriate, possible, beneficial and functional to be used.
