The Model of Basic Educational Management in Primary Schools to World Standard Quality

Abstract

This research has the objective to develop the educational management model of basic primary educational institutions to reach international standard quality. The research method is divided into 3 steps. Step 1: Study of the components and guidelines for organizing education in basic primary educational institutions to reach international standard quality. This is a study in schools that have good practices in providing standard education, 6 international level locations through semi-structured interviews. Step 2: Creating and examining the educational management model of basic primary educational institutions to meet international standard quality, by evaluating suitability 9 experts. Step 3: Evaluating the educational management model of basic primary educational institutions to reach international standard quality. The sample group is executives/deputy directors. /Head of Department/Head of International School Learning Group, 60 people, analyzed data by averaging and standard deviation. The results of the research found that: 1. Guidelines for educational management of basic primary educational institutions towards international standard quality, by applying the concept of systems theory, including input factors, processes, outputs, and results. 2. The educational management model of basic primary educational institutions towards international standard quality consists of 4 elements: Component 1 Input factors include educational institution administrators, teachers. Curriculum and learning support Component 2PDCA quality system management process includes planning (Plan), operation (Do), monitoring (Check) and improvement (Do). Component 3 results include quality according to basic education standards. Quality according to international school standards Component 4: Success factors in educational management of basic educational institutions at the primary level towards international standard quality and 3. Results of the evaluation of the educational management model of basic educational institutions at the primary level towards international standard quality. It is possible and useful at a high level.
