Administration of Student Affairs to Promote Student Responsibility Thungsong School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat

Abstract

The purposes of this research article are to 1) study the conditions of student affairs administration 2) study guidelines for student affairs administration to promote responsibility This research used qualitative research methods. There are steps to study the condition. In-depth interviews with 15 key informants were used. The process of studying promotion guidelines used in-depth interviews with 5 key informants, and the presentation and evaluation process used group discussion meetings with 7 key informants. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The research results found that (1) the states of student affairs administration include 1) student affairs planning 2) student affairs administration 3) promotion and development of discipline, morality, and ethics 4) student care and support system 5) promotion of democracy 6) evaluation of student affairs operations which student affairs administration. It must be improved and developed better. (2) Guidelines for student affairs administration to promote responsibility. There is a scope of operations with 6 components 1) Student affairs planning. 2) Student affairs administration. 3) Promotion and development of discipline, morality, and ethics 4) Student care and support system. 5) Promotion of democracy. 6) Evaluation of business operations. Students operated by operation planning meeting coordinate with those involved implementation of the plan Collect data systematically, follow-up assessment improvement to carry out effective student affairs.
