The Risk Management of Fix It Center under Surat Thani Province Vocational Education Office

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to (1) study the management of Fix it Center, (2) study the guidelines the risk management of Fix it Centers, (3) present and evaluate risk management of the Fix it Centers of colleges under the Surat Thani Vocational Education Office. This study is a qualitative research. Data were collected from in-depth interviews with 15 key informants, in-depth interviews with 5 people in drafting guidelines, group discussions with 7 experts (Focus Group), and descriptive data analysis. The findings of research results were as s follows Conditions of repair center management created for the community of the colleges under the Surat Thani Vocational Education Office. that there had been a survey of service areas but not Covers all services and management of repair centers for communities, the current condition has risks in terms of exiting Providing services with a limited budget The number of teachers is insufficient. People have little time to participate in training. Management guidelines Risks from community repair (Fix it) centers of colleges under the Surat Thani Vocational Education Office Scope of center administration Repairing and building for the community includes: 1) Organizational environment, 2) setting objectives, 3) Event identification, 4) Risk assessment, 5) Risk response, 6) Control activities, 7) Information and communication, 8) Monitoring Evaluate.
