Abstract

This study aims to (1) examine the effects of online marketing mix factors on consumers’ purchase decisions regarding Government Savings Bank digital lottery products in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, and (2) investigate the influence of corporate image on these purchase decisions. The sample consisted of 385 consumers who purchased digital lottery products, selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire comprising multiple-choice questions and a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, and standard deviations, as well as inferential statistics, including correlation and multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that online marketing mix factors—namely personalization, sales promotion, and price—have a positive and statistically significant effect on purchase decisions at the 0.05 level. Personalization exerts the strongest influence (β = 0.170), followed by sales promotion (β = 0.169) and price (β = 0.142). The model explains 20.0% of the variance in purchase decisions (R² = 0.200). In contrast, product, distribution channel, and privacy factors do not significantly affect purchase decisions. Furthermore, corporate image factors, including location, corporate reputation, and corporate social responsibility, positively and significantly influence purchase decisions regarding digital lottery products at the 0.05 level. Location has the greatest influence (β = 0.318), followed by corporate reputation (β = 0.252) and corporate social responsibility (β = 0.135). The model explains 24.2% of the variance in purchase decisions (R² = 0.242). The findings suggest that the Government Savings Bank should strengthen personalized services and corporate image strategies to enhance consumers’ purchase decisions regarding digital lottery products.
