Abstract

This study, the Rehearsal Techniques and Interpretation of Le Nozze di Figaro’s Aria, aims to present 1) an interpretation of Figaro’s Aria, 2) a singing method and a rehearsal techniques of Figaro’s Aria, and to be  3) the knowledge and a performance approach.
The study shows that in the performance practice of all of the three compositions, the singer has to give priority to the clear pronunciation of all syllables and note rhythm, legato singing with difficulties caused by
non-step intervals in the melody and lyric pronunciation, and the relationship between melody and accompaniment which support each other. Moreover, using right dynamics has an impact on the effectiveness of the performance and interpretation. In regards to the performance, performers who have to perform through songs with partners cause a Give and Take emotional response through the songs. Especially, when they practise on their own. As a result, the researcher h‭as to adapt methods and express their interpretation to their partners in certain cases in order, to gain the same purpose.‬‬
