Abstract

The Eclipse, a symphonic poem for an orchestra, consists of 4 movements. Each movement has an individual characteristic such as melody and rhythm. This piece has a main melody that hides in all movements. Composer calls “Eclipse Melody” for this melody. It made more interesting in this piece. Most composers who compose a similar piece just like bringing many pieces into the piece. However, this piece uses a main melody for making a unique piece. In addition, the composer chooses to use the instruments presented differently. To get a variety of sound colors including using the stratification technique to make the song more interesting.

This duration is approximately 15 minutes, divided into 4 movements. The last movement is the longest. It is a conclusion of the piece.
