Abstract

The outline for this project is to create a Web-based learning environment for exchange students. The service’s objective was to create an ever-growing database of words, utilize an interactive learning environment and endorse self-driven way of learning using text, sound and images. This was achieved by using semantic web technologies and a database, which allow users to create their own data, edit or delete data regardless of the end device used.
