Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the management of senior scout in Secondary Schools under Office of Secondary Education Service Area 21. The Population of 112 Administrators and Scout Leader of Girl Scout Activities drawn from stratified random sampling. The research instruments were a 5 level rating scale, there were 6 aspects and the questionnaire with 48 items. The IOC was ranged from 0.67 – 1.00. The research instrument was a questionnaire of which discrimination indices ranged from 0.29 – 0.78 and the reliability value was at 0.96. The statistical techniques employed in data analysis were mean and standard deviation.
The results were as follows:
The Management of Senior Scout in Secondary Schools under the Office of The Secondary Education Service Area 21 was at a high level. When considering by aspect, there were 2 aspects related at a medium level. The other than that, it was at a high level. The average order was from the highest to the lowest. The aspect of collaboration with the society, the aspect of finance of the scout, the aspect of organizing advanced learning-teaching of senior scout and the aspect of organizing learning teaching activities were at a high level. The aspect of learning and examination of the special subject of senior scout and the aspect of setting up the patrols or troops were related at a medium level.
