บทคัดย่อ

This research is a descriptive research aiming at: 1) studying the level of servant leadership of school administrators; 2) studying the level of enhancing happy workplace in schools; and 3) analyzing servant leadership of school administrators affecting enhancing happy workplace in schools. The sample were 218 teachers in schools under Suphan Buri Secondary Educational Service Area Office, derived by proportional stratified random sampling as distributed by school size. The questionnaire has been created 3 parts: part 1 was a checklist, part 2 and part 3 were a 5-level estimation scale, the content validity between 0.67 - 1.00. The internal consistency reliability coefficients for service leadership of school administrators was 0.994 and enhancing happy workplace in school was 0.993. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression.


The research results were as follows:


  1. Overall and in specific aspects, the servant leadership of school administrators were at a high level. The aspects were referent listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to the growth of people and building community, respectively.

  2. Overall and in specific aspects, the enhancing happy workplace in school were at a high level. The aspects were happy home, happy teamwork, happy body, happy heart, happy relax, happy brain, happy soul, happy money, happy family and happy society, respectively.

  3. The servant leadership of school administrators in the aspects of commitment to the growth of people (X9), persuasion (X5), healing (X3), building community (X10) and conceptualization (X6) together predicted enhancing happy workplace in school at the percentage of 88.20 with statistical significance level of .05. The regression equation was:                            Ytot = 0.38 + 0.30 (X9) + 0.16 (X5) + 0.16 (X3) + 0.18 (X10) + 0.12 (X6)
