รูปแบบของอำนาจในกัญชา : ศึกษาจากวาทกรรมกัญชา-กัญชาเสรี

บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of this article is to study the patterns of power in the cannabis discourse. This study employed a qualitative method to collect data. The study tools comprised a document review, an in-depth interview, and observation of the Ban Nonmalai Cannabis Growing Enterprise, located in KhuMueang District, in Buriram Province, with     the research being conducted from February to May 2022.

            The study found that the formation of the cannabis discourse originated in        the reign of King Narai, during the Ayutthaya era. The hidden power in the cannabis discourse has a form of power that is characterized by a dominant discourse.  The origin of the history of this discourse, which claims to be universal and immortal, is the Vishnu Medicine Book, with a powerful institution, the monarchy, which can claim the right to use the associated power.

            For the era of Cannabis Liberalization or Kancha Saeree, the power hidden in this word form is a control-monopoly, via the use of medical science, used in controlling and monopolizing the exercise of the related power.
