บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าการประกันภัยความรับผิดทางกีฬาได้กลายเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญในการป้องกันความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมกีฬาได้อย่างไร บทความนี้จึงมุ่งทบทวนการคุ้มครองการเล่นกีฬาอย่างมือสมัครเล่นและการเล่นกีฬาอย่างมืออาชีพ ที่ได้รับจากการประกันภัยความรับผิดทางกีฬาผ่านการศึกษาประเด็นสำคัญเกี่ยวกับหลักการประกันภัยและการบริหารปกครองกีฬา โดยสรุปได้ว่าการประกันภัยความรับผิดทางกีฬาทำให้ความคุ้มครองบรรดาผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับกีฬาที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองมากขึ้น รับประกันได้มากขึ้น และชดเชยได้มากขึ้น และทำให้ระบบประกันภัยความรับผิดทางกีฬาถูกนำไปปฏิบัติได้ง่ายขึ้น บทความนี้ศึกษาถึงการคุ้มครองบรรดาผู้เกี่ยวกับข้องกีฬาที่มีประสิทธิภาพจากการประกันภัยความรับผิดต่อบุคคลและองค์กรกีฬา บทความฉบับนี้ยังวิเคราะห์ว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันภัยทางกีฬาที่ถูกออกแบบมาปกป้องนักกีฬา ผู้ฝึกสอน องค์กรกีฬาและผู้จัดการแข่งขันกีฬาควรถูกพัฒนาขึ้นมาใช้ในประเทศไทยในอนาคต
