Abstract

          Currently, teachers should be on the roles of teaching for enhancing development of students on all aspects. The Phrapariyattidhamma Schools of General Education are alternative systems for monks and novices who lost educational opportunity for both secular and religious education. The roles of teacher of the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools in the 21st century have to develop potentiality for themselves both work potentiality and student potentiality. Their ability on educational performance, operation for learning reform in the schools on efficiency and development the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools of General Education for the world grade. Mostly, the role of teachers is to concentrate of education to lead for development creative thinking and creation new innovation. Also, their role include changing the learning culture of learners on creative thinking, participation on planning, analyzing and adaptation. Mostly important is the roles of the teacher in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools in the 21st century are to research, analysis and creation.
