The objectives of the research were to study and find out the guideline for Development of Learning Organization in Basic Education Schools, Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4. The sampling were comprised of 224 educational administrators and 238 teachers totaling 462 people whose dimension specification for the administrative group was made by use of 80 % criterion of population, and for the teaching group was made by use of 10 % criterion of population, and it was derived by simple random sampling according to location and basic education schools’ sizes. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires, data analysis was made by SPSS, and the statistics used for the data analysis was Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation.
The findings were as followed:
- Development of Learning Organization in Basic Education Schools, Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4 was totally at high level, when considering on each aspect arranging from high to low level it was found that learning together as a team, systematically thinking, thinking model, how to have vision together, personnel management as excellent respectively.
2. As for the result of analysis to find out the guideline for Development of Learning Organization in Basic Education Schools, Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4, it was found that there have been totally suggestions for the averaged values at 50.30 %, and suggestions for the guideline of development arranging from high to low levels as follows: Learning together as a team, systematically thinking, thinking model, how to have vision together, and the personnel management as excellent respectively.
