Abstract

          The article on "Developing Human Potential in the Era of Globalization with Buddhist Principles" aims to study the principles of Buddhist teachings. Especially the teachings concern human development in complete behavior, which contains material covering human behavior that appears physically, verbally, and mentally. The basic behavior relates to good living mutual support and helps to maintain the social system in which they participate in order to benefit the good life. The middle behavior related to the quality of mind development. There is confidence, not shaken, with courage and ready to face the reality of life and the world. The high behavior means knowledge, understanding and wisdom. By using wisdom to consider and realizes a real understanding of life, they try to plan or arrange the system to be suitable for both personal and social life. To create a quality of life and society means moving towards a wonderful life destination. Present society is lacking morals, therefore work is taking advantage. The society is not happy because of the rivalry. When this happens, human beings in society should adopt the Buddhist principle to improve their lives and live happily together.
