The Role of School Administrators Affecting to Performance Management Learning of Teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

             The objectives of this research were to 1) to study the role of administrators of educational institutions under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) to study the learning management competence of teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office. Region 2 and 3) to study the role of educational institution administrators affecting the learning management performance of teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research style was a quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 338 people. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire that used the conceptual framework of the role of educational institution administrators affecting teachers' learning management competency under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis

        The research results finds that:

1. The overall of the administrator of the educational institution Under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2, was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the role of the promoter with the highest average, followed by the role of consultant and the role of the predictor have the lowest average.
2. The overall of teacher's learning management competency under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2, was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the ethics and professional ethics of teachers with the highest average, followed by teamwork and the side with the lowest mean is Focusing on performance.

       3. The role of the administrator of the educational institution the role of the facilitator the role of the forecaster and the role of a consultant affecting the learning management performance of teachers under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2 were with statistical significance at the .05 level.
