The Guidelines for applying for Right Livelihood in Management of Excise Department Occupation in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

          The purpose of this research were: 1) to study the problems in occupation of the Excise Department in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 2) to study the application of the right livelihood in the Excise Department in Nakhon Ratchasima province, and 3) to present guidelines for applying the right livelihood in Excise Department in Nakhon Ratchasima Province by visiting the area for interviews and group discussions with 48 people in 3 districts, namely Phimai, Non Daeng, and Bua Yai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
          The research results of found that:
          1. Management of the Excise Department in Nakhon Ratchasima, there is management problems. In the planning aspect, personnel or staff changes frequently. Organizational aspects, Regulations in the organization will cause a lack of flexibility. Administrative, violation, budget, wages, allowances, salaries or other budgets, Personnel work, some people are not responsible for the work and have no enthusiasm for work, the work is not continuous.
          2. The application of the right livelihood in the occupation of the excise department in Nakhon Ratchasima province with a focus on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in the development of work and teams, adherence to the fair performance of duties, to work by the law, regulations, and policy framework by transparency, disclosure of work, work services so that people have easy access to information, can be audited as a fair guarantee, uphold the system of equality and fairness.
          3. The guidelines for applying the right livelihood in personnel management in the occupation of the Excise Department, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, for example, the administration is to find personnel who are honest and responsible for their duties. Operation is adherence to and doing what is right in the responsibility, operating with honesty, development work is aimed at the achievement of activities to promote the development of personnel to have knowledge and ability to work, and the development of personnel is to have honesty and responsible for work.
