The Applications of Sangahavatthudhamma in Excellent Service Providing in Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Land Office, Chawang Branch

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the applications of in excellent service providing in Nakhon Si Thammarat provincial land office, Chawang branch. 2) to study the use of the principle of Sangahavatthudhamma, analyze problems and approaches the Applications of Sangahavatthudhamma in excellent service providing in Nakhon Si Thammarat provincial land office, Chawang branch. The sample used in the research were 234 people who came to use the services of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Land Office, Chawang Branch. It was a mixed research, the statistics used in the quantitative research analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation and data, qualitatively using descriptive analysis.
          The research result found that:
          1. The use of applications of Sangahavatthudhamma in excellent service providing in Nakhon Si Thammarat provincial land office, Chawang branch, which has an overall translation value at a high level when considering each side in order of the average from the highest to the lowest. It was found that the aspect with the highest average was the Piyawacha aspect (speech with pleasant words), followed by the Samanattata aspect (consistency) and the aspect with the lowest mean was Atthachariya aspect (helping each other) respectively.
          2. Guidelines for using the applications of Sangahavatthudhamma in excellent service providing in Nakhon Si Thammarat provincial land office, Chawang branch, it was found that when studying the problems and needs of the service recipients in order for the land office to promote and organizing a training project for providing services based on Sangahavatthudhamma principles be used to provide services to the public who came to receive the service because people wanted convenient, fast, time-saving, cost-saving services including the service of staff who are willing to provide service and facilitating equality and equitable. The land office should publicize the procedures and methods for contacting the government and service juristic act which Including samples of filling out information and documents to contact the land office by adding services through online channels to facilitate and reduce waiting time in contacting the land office so that the officers have enough time to preparing documents before serving the public for the convenience of receiving the service and opening a special channel for those who have restrictions on receiving the service and open the opportunity for complaints or suggestions for services in many channels to continuously improve the service.
