The Guidelines for The Development of Creative Leadership of School Administrators Under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

          The purpose of this research were: 1) to study the current conditions of creative leadership of school administrators. 2) to study the development approaches of creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 3) to evaluate the development approaches of creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Research methods was divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 is to study the current conditions of creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Phrase 2 is to study the development approaches of creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and Phrase 2 is to evaluate the development approaches of creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of 292 school administrators and teachers obtained by stratified random sampling. The tools is a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.9394, used for data collection were questionnaires, interview forms and assessment forms. Statistics used were Percentage, Mean and Standard deviation.
          The research results found that:
          1. The current state of creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, found that an overall was at a high level (= 4.21) when considering the Mean side by side, it was found that were at the high level in all 5 aspects, ranked from descending to the following: 1) Trust 2) Vision 3) flexibility 4) problem solving and decision making and 5) imagination
          2. Guidelines for the creative leadership development of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, overall and each aspect with individual Mean less than the total Mean in each component from Phase 1 were used as questions in drafting the approaches for the creative leadership development of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3,using an in-depth interview process considered by aspect, including flexibility, vision, imagination, trust and problem-solving and decision-making, respectively, totaling 18 approaches.
          3. An evaluation of creative leadership development guidelines of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 by 17 experts, it was found that the overall suitability was at the highest level, The overall probability was at the highest level and the overall usefulness was at the highest level.
