Guidelines to Develop the Inspirational Leadership of School Administrators Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

         The purpose of this research were: 1) to study motivational leadership levels of school; 2) to study the guidelines for developing the motivational leadership of school administrators; and 3) to evaluate the guidelines for developing the motivational leadership of school administrators 3. This study was divided into 3 phases as follows. Phase 1 was the study about the levels of inspirational leadership of school administrators under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Phase 2 was the study to develop the guidelines for inspirational leadership of school administrators under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Phase 3 was the study to evaluate the development guidelines for inspirational leadership of school administrators under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample group consisted of 147 school administrators received from a multi-stage sampling. A questionnaire was employed for data collection. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
          The research result found that:
          1. The overall current condition of inspirational leadership of school administrators under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 is at the highest level in descending order. Communication. Enthusiasm. Empowerment. Visionary, Focus on team, Trust, and Optimistic, respectively.
          2. guidelines for the development of inspirational leadership of school administrators under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 are proposed and summarized as follows: Vision,Trustworthiness. ,Enthusiasm, Optimism, Team focus, Empowerment. and Communication.
          3. According to the results of development guidelines’ evaluation, the accuracy, suitability, and feasibility of the guidelines for developing the motivational leadership of school administrators under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 are at the highest level in all aspects.
