State of Academic Administration on the Development of Learning Processes in the New Era of School Administrators under the Office of the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Education Service Area 5

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were: 1) to study State of academic administration on the development of learning processes in the new era of school administrators, 2) to compare State of academic administration on the development of learning processes in the new era of school administrators, classified by positions, educational qualifications and work experience, and 3) to study guidelines for academic administration on the development of learning processes in the new era of school administrators under the Office of the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Education Service Area 5. The samples used in this study are 31 school administrators and 315 teachers, Selected through stratified random sampling. The target group for qualitative research consists of 6 individuals, including school administrators and teachers, selected through purposive sampling. The research tools included a questionnaire and structured interviews. Statistical analyses included percentages, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.
          The research results found that:
          1. State of academic administration on the development of learning processes in the new era of school administrators under the Office of the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Education Service Area 5 both overall and in each aspect are at a high level.
          2. The comparison of State of academic administration on the development of learning processes in the new era of school administrators under the Office of the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Education Service Area 5, classified by positions and educational qualifications in overall are different.The difference is statistically significant at the .01 level. classified by work experience in overall are different. The difference is statistically significant at the .05 level.
          3. Guidelines for academic administration on the development of learning processes are as follows: 1) Learning Management 2) Teacher Promotion and Development 3) Learning Environment Creation 4) Measurement and Evaluation and 5) internal supervision.
