Leadership of School Administrators that Affecting Academic Administration in the 21st century the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi 2

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to 1) to study the leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi 2, 2) to study the academic administration in the 21^st century, 3) to study the relationship between leadership of school administrators and school administration in the 21^st century, and 4) to study the leadership of school administrators affecting the administration of educational institutions in the 21^st century. The sample consisted of 306 school administrators and teachers, selected by opening the Krejci and Morgan’s tables and using the stratified proportional sampling method. The research instrument was a test with content validity between 0.67 - 1.00 and a reliability of the entire questionnaire of 0.987 A questionnaire was used as the research instrument, and data analysis utilized frequency distribution, percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
          The research results found that:
          1. The overall level of opinion regarding the leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi 2 was high.
          2. The overall level of opinion regarding the academic administration in the 21^st century under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi 2 was high.
          3. There was a very high positive correlation (r = .871) between the overall leadership of school administrators (X) and the overall academic administration in the 21^st century (Y) with statistical significance at the .01 level.
          4. The Leadership of school administrators that affecting academic in the 21^st century the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi 2 indicated that three variables – teamwork (X₅), vision (X₆), and creativity (X₁) – could significantly predict the academic administration in the 21^st Century at the .01 level. These three variables collectively predicted 83.20 % of the variance in the academic administration in the 21^st Century under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi 2.
