Digital Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Academic Administration in Schools Under Bangkok Metropolitan Eastern Bangkok Group

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of digital leadership of school administrators in schools under Bangkok metropolitan eastern Bangkok group; 2) to study the level of academic administration in schools under Bangkok metropolitan eastern Bangkok group; 3) to study the relationship of digital leadership of school administrators and academic administration in schools under Bangkok metropolitan eastern Bangkok group and 4) academic administration in schools under Bangkok metropolitan eastern Bangkok group. The sample group were school administrators and teachers under Bangkok metropolitan eastern Bangkok group of 354 people, This is obtained through stratified random sampling based on the proportion of school size. Sample selection is obtained by comparing each population size and total sample size, as well as through simple random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire, and a confidence value of .926. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research results found that:
1. Digital leadership of school administrators as a whole is at a higher level.
2. Academic administration as a whole is at a higher level.
3. Digital leadership was positively correlated with academic administration in schools under Bangkok metropolitan eastern Bangkok group at a very high level of .982.
4. Digital leadership of school administrators affecting academic administration in schools under Bangkok metropolitan eastern Bangkok group were digital communication, digital literacy, digital leadership, and digital usage. Together, predict the variability of the academic administration in schools under Bangkok metropolitan eastern Bangkok group, It was 98.80 percent with a statistical significance at .01 level.
