Competencies of Educational Institution Administrators that Affect the Effectiveness of Educational Institutions in the 21st Century Under the Jurisdiction of the Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the competency level 2) To study the effectiveness level, 3) the relationship between executive competency and effectiveness, and 4) to study at least one aspect of executive competency that affects the effectiveness of educational institutions in the 21st century under the Office of the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample group comprised 25 educational institution administrators and 281 teachers, totaling 306 in total, selected through a simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a quality reliability of .952. The statistical methods employed for analyzing quantitative data included frequency, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression.
The research results found that:
1. The competencies of school administrators within the Office of the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area 1 were notably high across all dimensions
2. The overall effectiveness of educational institutions in the 21st century under the Office of the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area 1 was rated highly.
3. The correlation between the competencies of school administrators and the effectiveness of schools in the 21st century under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Prachuap Khiri Khan Area 1, there is a positive relationship with statistical significance at the .01 level, with a correlation value between .709 and .810, in the same direction, and the relationship within the variable of school administrators' competence and the effectiveness of schools in the 21st century is at a high level of .872.
4. The competencies of educational administrators that impact the effectiveness of educational institutions in the 21st century under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Prachuap Khiri Khan Area 1, the predictive power value is 76.30, which is statistically significant at the .05 level.
