Learning Management of Good Citizens in a Democratic System, Social Studies, Religion and Culture, the Secondary Student Level 2, Using Student Team Achievement Division (Stad)

Abstract

             The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the learning management status of Good Citizen in Democratic Ways in Social Studies Group of Mathayom 2 students, 2) to study the achievement before and after learning the subject of Good Citizen in Democratic Ways, Social Studies, Religion and Culture Group of Mathayom 2 students, and 3) to evaluate students' satisfaction toward the subject of Social Studies, Religion and Culture, Mathayom 2 students. This research was an experimental research with 40 Mathayom 2 students in the 2023 academic year at Surawitthayakhan School by purposive sampling. The instruments used included an achievement test, a student performance skill assessment form, a student satisfaction assessment form, a total of 8 lesson plans, and a learning period of 8 hours per week. The data were analyzed in terms of content and presented in a descriptive form.
             The research results found that:
             1. The learning management on the topic of Good Citizens in Democratic Ways, Social Studies, Religion and Culture, Mathayom 2 students, using the collaborative teaching technique (STAD) was successful. The learning activities emphasized that students learn by doing group activities together, exchanging opinions, taking turns to be leaders, practicing social skills, knowing how to take responsibility for their work, and helping each other in the group, making students enthusiastic about learning, resulting in higher academic achievement.
             2. The results of the analysis of academic achievement scores found that the mean score before learning of all scores, the average academic achievement after learning was significantly higher than before learning at the .01
             3. The results of the analysis of student satisfaction with the learning activities Using the collaborative teaching technique (STAD), it was found that the level of satisfaction was at the highest.
