Guidelines for Creating Success in Fundraising for Small School Education Under Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office

This research aimed: 1) to study the current conditions, desired conditions, and needs for creating success in educational fundraising for small schools, 2) to design guidelines for achieving success in educational fundraising for small schools, and 3) to evaluate the proposed guidelines for successful educational fundraising in small schools. The sample consisted of 261 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument used was a paired-response questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentage, and needs analysis.
The research results found that:
1. The current and desired conditions for achieving success in educational fundraising for small schools were at the overall highest level. The aspects ranked from highest to lowest were: 1) fundraising planning, 2) implementation of plans and public relations, 3) leadership of school administrators in fundraising, 4) monitoring and supervising the implementation of fundraising plans, and 5) understanding the overall context and identifying fundraising issues.
2. Regarding the design and evaluation of guidelines for successful educational fundraising in small schools, the researcher synthesized five key components: 1) understanding the overall context and identifying fundraising issues, 2) leadership of school administrators in fundraising, 3) fundraising planning, 4) implementation of plans and public relations, and 5) monitoring and supervising the implementation of fundraising plans. The evaluation of appropriateness and feasibility of the guidelines revealed that the overall results were at the highest level.
