The Relationship between Leadership Behavior of Administrator and Good Governance Administration in School Network for Enhancing Efficiency of Education Management of Regional Special Education Center 6 under Bureau of Special Education Administration

This research aimed to study 1) the leadership behavior of administrator in School Network for Enhancing Efficiency of Educational Management, 2) good governance administration in School Network for Enhancing Efficiency of Educational Management and 3) the relationship between leadership behavior of administrator and good governance administration in School Network for Enhancing Efficiency of Educational Management of Regional Special Education Center 6 under Bureau of Special Education Administration. The samples were 181 teachers and education personnel. The research instrument was questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze data. The analysis results showed the following. 1) Leadership behavior of administrator overall was good (=4.35), the highest mean was the leadership behavior aiming success aspect (
= 4.39). 2) Good governance administration overall was good (
=4.41), the highest mean was cost effective principle (
= 4.45). 3) The relationship between leadership behavior of administrator and good governance administration in School Network for Enhancing Efficiency of Educational Management of Regional Special Education Center 6 under Bureau of Special Education Administration was moderate with correlation coefficient (r) between 0.54-0.75, statistically significant level .01.
