Work motivation influences employees’ performance when a positive response was given, causing satisfaction and positive behavior, encouraging the work to be effective. In this study, the satisfaction and motivation of civil servants and employees in local executive management of Nongprue subdistrict administrative organization, Bangplee District, Samutprakan province were studied in 4 dimensions. The sample was a group of 179 civil servants and employees in local executive management of Nongprue subdistrict administrative organization, Bangplee District, Samutprakan using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The study found that the overall level of satisfaction and motivation of civil servants and employees in local executive’s management of Nongprue subdistrict administrative organization was at highest level (= 4.55). The satisfaction and motivation level towards the 4 dimensions that support motivation of the organization was at highest level (
= 4.56) followed by the dimension of human resource management and the dimensions of the working environment (
= 4.55). the dimension of management policy (
= 4.55). The civil servants and employees with different educational levels and current positions had significantly different level of satisfaction and motivation at 0.05.
