ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานที่มีผลต่อสมรรถนะการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานของบริษัทผู้ผลิตมันสำปะหลังในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

Abstract

This research was aimed to study 1) the opinions on the performance efficiencyof the employees of the cassava production company 2) The opinions on competencies of logistics and supply chain management of the employees of the cassava production company and 3) find out factors of operational efficiency affecting the logistics and supply chain management performance of the employees of the cassava production company in Muang District Nakhon. The research instrument was the questionnaire. The sample consisted of 400. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient, the stepwise multiple regression. The results showed that workload, work quality, time to work and work performing procedures were important for the work efficiency. While competencies of management, warehouse management, information system and relationships with vendors were important for logistics and supply chain management. Factors of operational efficiency include (1) the organization having  a standardized work control (2) operation carried out successfully as planned (3) kinect done on schedule (4) work on-time policy (5) time management to meeting target workloads, and (6) output balanced with the organization manpower with statistical significance of 0.05.
