Abstract

This research aimed to study the management core competencies of the Muay Thai camps to Championship. Using Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research techniques. the process of conducting research was divided into 2 parts. Part 1 was a study and analysis of related literature, research works, thesis, academic journals. Part 2 was the development of the management core competencies of the Muay Thai camps to Championship. The researcher interviewed 17 experts to identify the management core competencies of the Muay Thai camps to Championship. The study found 4 core competencies and 8 enabling competencies of the management of Muay Thai camps to  Championship.
