The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of transformational leadership of educational institution administrators and the level of effectiveness of the educational institutions, 2) the relationship between variables of transformational leadership of educational institution administrators and the effectiveness of educational institutions in a linear form, and 3) the transformational leadership variables of school administrators, including the aspects of Motivation, Encouraging intelligence, Ideological influence, Individual consideration, and Creating a vision that affect the effectiveness of educational institutions. The sample group was 335 teachers. The data were analyzed by using a multiple regression. The results of the analysis revealed that 1) the level of transformational leadership of institution administrators and educational institution effectiveness were highest, 2) the correlation of transformational leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of educational institutions was positive with statistically significant at .01 level, 3) the transformational leadership of school administrators regarding the Creating vision, Individual consideration, and Ideological influence aspects could jointly predict the effectiveness of schools by 45.40 percent
