Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัดการแข่งขันและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาจตุรัตน์สามัคคี ครั้งที่ 21 ระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่ทีมกับนักกีฬา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 166 คน เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ทีม 41 คน นักกีฬา 125 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีของ Yamane ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเท่ากับ 0.80-1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .983 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า “ที” (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัญหาการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 2.76) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็น รายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 2.78) ด้านบุคลากร ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 2.77) ด้านการจัดการ ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 2.76) และด้านการเงินและงบประมาณ ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 2.74) และ 2) นักกีฬาและเจ้าหน้าที่ทีมที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬา มีปัญหาการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการเงินและงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านการจัดการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
