Administration of the Student Care and Support System of the School Administrators as Assessed by the Teachers in the Schools under Chachoengsao Secondary Educational Service Area

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to survey the administration of the student care and support system of the administrators, as assessed by the teachers, in the schools under Chachoengsao Secondary Educational Service Area Office and to compare the administration of the student care and support system of the administrators, as assessed by the teachers, in the schools under Chachoengsao Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified by education levels and work experience. The sample were 302 teachers, randomly selected from teachers in the schools under Chachoengsao Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The questionnaire with a 5-point rating scale was used as the instrument to collect data.  Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. It was found that: 1) the administration of the student care and support system of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chachoengsao, overall were at high level; and 2) the overall comparison of the administration of the student care and support system of the administrators as assessed by the teachers classified by their education levels and work experience, were not statistically different at 0.05.
