Personnel management of school administrators at Udomthammakhon School Group under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: to study personnel management of school administrators at Udomthammakhun School Group under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and to compare personnel management of school administrators at  School Group under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by educational levels, and work experiences. Research methodology was a survey research. The population included 83 teachers at Udomthammakhun School Group under and the sample was 68 teachers, obtained by stratified random sampling method. The research process consisted of 4 steps: 1) studying related literature and research; (2) creating research instrument; (3) collecting data; and (4) analyzing the data. The instrument used for data collection was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive and t-test. The research results found that; 1) personnel management of school administrators at School Group under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall and each aspect was at a high level; and 2) comparision results of personnel management of school administrators at Udomthammakhun School Group under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by educational levels and work experiences, overall and each aspect were not different.
