Educational administration towards learning organization under the Trang provincial office of local government

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of educational administration towards learning organization of schools under the Trang Local Government Promotion Office, Trang Province, and 2) to compare the educational administration towards learning organizations of schools, classified by age, work experience of teachers and school size. This research was a survey research. The population were 395 teachers in schools under Trang Local Government Promotion Office, Trang Province. The sample included 196 teachers, determined by Kerjcie and Morgan's tables, obtained by stratified random sampling. The instrument used to collect research data was a questionnaire with a five-point rating scale. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results found that: (1) educational administration towards learning organization of schools under the Office of Local Administration Promotion, overall was at a high level; and (2) comparision of educational administration towards learning organization of schools under of the Trang Local Government Promotion Office, classified by work experience of teachers and school size, overall and in each aspect were not different. As for age, overall they were significantly different at the 0.05 level.
