Abstract

This survey study examined the level of collaborative leadership among administrators under the Office of Vocational Education in Chachoengsao Province, the level of teachers’ organizational commitment, and the relationship between these variables. The population consisted of 205 teachers in the 2025 academic year, and a sample of 136 teachers was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan sample size table. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that both administrators’ collaborative leadership and teachers’ organizational commitment were at a high level overall and across all dimensions. Moreover, collaborative leadership was positively associated with teachers’ organizational commitment at the .01 level, with a high correlation coefficient of .79. These results provide empirical support for the importance of collaborative leadership in strengthening teachers’ commitment to their organizations. The findings also suggest that educational administrators can promote teacher participation and foster sustainable organizational commitment through collaborative leadership practices.
