The Identity and Community Capacity to Support for Conservation Planning and Environmental Community Development: The Case Study in Tombon Banpang, Amphoe Phromburi, Singburi Province (in Thai)

Abstract

This study, a study of the identity and community capacity to support for conservation planning and environmental community development: The case study in Tambon Banpang, Amphoe Phromburi, Singburi Province was conducted with the objective to study the local context and identity, quality of life and the readiness of community and relating problems to achieve the environmental management. The study sample consists of 407 local people including all concerned staffs from local government. The study result showed that the overall community readiness for environmental management is in rather high level. By considering each subjects, it is found that community readiness for environmental management, on the basis of community participation and organization and management are in high level. For the other subjects, sorted by point average, which are the readiness of carrying capacity, the readiness of organization and management, the readiness of carrying capacity, the readiness of local resources, the readiness of information accessibility and the readiness of support from external organization and, respectively, are in rather high level.



การศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ชุมชนและขีดความสามารถในการรองรับได้ เพื่อการบริหารจัดการ วางแผนอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อม- ชุมชน ตำบลบ้านแป้ง อำเภอพรหมบุรี จังหวัดสิงห์บุรี

การศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ชุมชนและขีดความ สามารถในการรองรับได้ เพื่อการบริหารจัดการ วางแผนอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมชุมชน ตำบลบ้านแป้ง อำเภอพรหมบุรี จังหวัดสิงห์บุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบทและอัตลักษณ์ ชุมชนท้องถิ่น ศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพ ชีวิตของประชาชน ผ่านการดำเนินกิจกรรมและ วิถีชีวิตที่เหมาะสม และศึกษาความพร้อมของ ชุมชนในการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม การศึกษา วิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ซึ่งใช้วิธี วิจัยทั้งเชิงปริมาณ และเชิงคุณภาพในการเก็บ ข้อมูลกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 407 ตัวอย่าง อาศัยแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็น เครื่องมือในการศึกษาบริบทและความพร้อมของ ชุมชนในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและปัจจัยด้าน ต่าง ๆ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตำบลบ้านแป้งมีอัตลักษณ์ชุมชนที่โดดเด่น ในเรื่องศักยภาพและการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน รวมถึงวิถีการดำเนิน ชีวิตที่เรียบง่ายสะท้อนผ่านขนบธรรมเนียมที่ปฏิบัติสืบต่อกันมา สำหรับ เรื่องความพร้อมของชุมชนในการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม มีความ พร้อมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ชุมชนมีความพร้อมในด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านองค์กรชุมชนและ การจัดการอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนความพร้อมในระดับค่อนข้างมากทุก ด้านจะเป็นด้านความสามารถในการรองรับ ด้านทรัพยากรในพื้นที่ ด้าน การเข้าถึงข้อมูลและองค์ความรู้ และการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงาน ภายนอก ตามลำดับ
