The Journal of Buddhist Innovation and Management is an officially peer-reviewed journal of the Management in Buddhism Foundation, under the supervision of the Political Science program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Thailand.

JIBM is a journal in humanities and social sciences aimed at promoting and supporting academics, scholars, students, and interested individuals to disseminate academic works focusing on innovative Buddhist perspectives integrated with social sciences and humanities, as well as academic works in management. It accepts articles in both Thai and English languages.
