THE DHAMMADHIPATEYYA LEADERSHIP OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION AMINISTRATORS IN NONG SIM SUB-DISTRICT, KHEMMARAT DISTRICT, UBON RATCHATHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article was to study the level of people's opinions, to compare the people's opinion and the problems, obstacles and recommendations for the Dhammatipateyya style Leadership of local administrators at Nongsim Sub-District, Khemarat District, Ubonratani Province, using Mixed Methods. by overall was at the high level all aspect, Findings were the level of people's opinion on Dahhmatipateyya style leadership of local administrators, People with different gender, age, educational level, occupation, incomes to be different rejecting the research hypothesis. Problems and obstacles were that local administrators did not participation from people. Community and social institutes were in consumerism situation, looking for self interest more than interests for all. At present, many organizations lack Dhammatipateyya style leaders with ideology vision, ethics, sacrifice and democratic minds.
