Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study general status of management; the effectiveness of management; and to propose development guideline of management in Phrapariyattidhamma School, Ayutthaya Province. Mixed methods research was used for research design. Results indicated that general status of management in Phrapariyattidhamma School, Ayutthaya Province consisted of 4 aspects: create and develop Learners to full of quality Buddhists, develop school system to be strong, enhance Thai Sangha education to be the center of the world, and disseminate Buddhism to be prosperity. The effectiveness of management showed at intermediate level for overall results. For development guideline, it should increase public relations, focus on active Buddhist dissemination, develop English language for teachers and students, and cooperate for active Buddhist dissemination to international society.
