EDUCATION MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT IN DHAMMA STUDY OF SANGKHA ADMINISTRATION IN MUEANG DISTRICT, PHETCHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This article was a study of opinions level, comparison level of managing development, and study problems, obstacles and suggestions to develop the management of Dhamma study of monks’ administration in Mueang District, Phetchaburi Province. This was a mix-method research, found that the condition of the development of Dhamma education management in general was at a high level, different personal factors had different opinions and therefore rejected the research hypothesis. The problem and obstacle was that the teachers who teach Dhamma studies were still a small number, lack of recruiting the right person to teach with knowledge, skills, and modern teaching methods which make the lack of interest in learning. Therefore, the suggestion was to increase the number of new personnel by testing the knowledge and experimenting with the actual teaching duties, providing them a training to develop their knowledge, skills, and modern teaching method.
