Abstract

The objective of this research papers were to study the conditions of organization development to create excellence, To study the causal relationship model that influences the creation of excellence. and to present a model for the development of the industry ecosystem and the services of the future for the excellence of the smart electronics industry of Thailand. Conducted by mix methods. The quantitative research, data were collected from 370 samples. The qualitative research, collected data from 18 key informants and 9 participants in focus group discussion.

The results of the research were as follows: 1. Organizational development conditions for creating excellence by overall was at a high level ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ =4.18). When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest level was the focus on personnel that was at a high level in the following orders; organizational leadership, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management, operations focus, customer focus, results, and strategic planning, respectively, 2. The causal relationship model influencing the creation of excellence was found that industrial ecology service of the future and the principles of good conduct 3 have direct influence indirect influence and the collective influence affected the creation of excellence in the organization with statistically significant level at t .01 . 3. Development of future industrial ecosystems and services for the excellence of Thailand's smart electronics industry according to the 4’s model, consisting of 1) Smart Organization 2) Smart Eco Industry 3) Smart. Future Service for Excellence 4) Smart Good Conduct.
