BUDDHADHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR PUBLIC SERVICE DEVELOPMENT OF SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS IN SUPHANBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

Objectives of this research were: to study the public service, predict factors affecting the public service, and to propose the integration of Buddhadhamma principle for development of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province, conducted by the mixed research methods, using quantitative and qualitative research.

The research findings were as follow: public service development of sub-district administrative organizations in Suphanburi Province, by overall was high level,  and the management factors and Iddhipaāda that affected the prototype competency of the public service development of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province at 83.50 percent, and Buddhadhamma Integration for the public service development was as follows: 1) personnel management by recruiting personnel with knowledge and using the Iddhipaāda, which is the love of work to improve work better, 2) budget management by allocating an adequate and using the Iddhipaāda, which is the thorough to create transparency, 3) material management by providing modern, standardized materials and using the Iddhipaāda, which is the inspect study problems and obstacles to work efficiently and 4) management based on the principle of participation Integration with relevant agencies and using the Iddhipaāda, to manage the organization to develop work for the people for more benefits.
