BUDDHADHAMMA INTEGRATION FO ADMINISTRATIVE LEADERSHIP ENHANCHING OF SANGHA ADMINISTRARION IN UTHAITANI PROVINCE

Abstract

Objectives of this research article were of 3: 1. To study the general condition of leadership in the administration of monks in Uthai Thani Province 2. To study the Buddhist principles in enhancing leadership in the administration of monks in Uthai Thani province 3. To present the integration Buddhist principles for enhancing administrative leadership of monks in Uthai Thani Province. The research was conducted with the mixed methods. The quantitative research collected data from 173 samples with questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative research collected data from 18 key informants in-depth-interviewing and from 12 participants in focus group discussion and analyzed data by descriptive interpretation.

Results were that by integrating Buddhist principles for enhancing the administrative leadership of the Sangha. The following conditions were management leadership, risk Management, coordinating knowledge, the aspect of change, the speaker, and the role model by strengthening the leadership of the Sangha with the seven principles of Sappurisadhamma, namely: Knowing cause, Knowing effect, Knowing self, Knowing mode, Knowing time, Knowing community, and Knowing Persons.
