FACTORS PROMOTING THE ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS IN CHANTHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research paper aimed to study the general condition of the factors promoting administrative conditions. Factors promoting the administration and present factors that promote the administration of local administrative organizations in Chanthaburi province. The research methodology was the mixed methods.  the populations were Personnel of local administrative organizations derived for samples at 270 people using Taro Yamane's calculation formula, and analyzed data with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression. The qualitative research, data were analyzed by combining data and systematically classifying, then analyzing qualitatively, interpreting, linking relationships, and drawing conclusions from the various data collected.

Findings: Hypothesis 1 showed that management had 2 statistically significant aspects at the level of 0.01, the results of the analysis of the multiple correlation coefficient were .287, the decision coefficient was 0.082, the adjusted decision coefficient was .075, and the standard decision tolerance was .330. It could jointly predict the effectiveness of the management of local administrative organizations in Chanthaburi province by 8.2%. Hypothesis 2: It was found that there was one statistical significance of 0.001, namely, the vimansa (working with understanding) aspect, which affected the effectiveness of the administration of local administrative organizations in Chanthaburi province. The results of the analysis of multiple correlation coefficients equal to .586, the decision coefficient (R Square) of .343, the adjusted decision coefficient of .340, and the standard decision tolerance of .812 showed that it was possible to jointly predict the effectiveness of the administration of local administrative organizations in Chanthaburi province by 34.3 percent.
