BUDDHA-DHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL’S WORK PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY ENHANDCEMENT IN PATUMTHANEE PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aims to study the performance efficiency of administrative personnel in Pathum Thani Province. It is an integrated research method. A sample of 183 people, key informants, 18 figures/person, was used for descriptive data analysis. A focus group discussion of 10 people was conducted to confirm the model after data synthesis.

The results of the research revealed that 1. Buddhadhamma principles had an effect on the promotion of performance efficiency of administrative personnel in Pathum Thani Province. Overall, it was at a high level. 2. Factors Affecting Promotion of Performance Efficiency of Administrative Personnel in Pathum Thani Province with the overall picture at a high level. 3. The model for applying the Buddhadhamma principles to promote the efficiency of the work performance of the administrative personnel in Pathum Thani Province was to use the Buddhadhamma principles, Saraniyadhamma 6 and the motivation. In the two-factor group, both variables contributed to the adaptation. To create incentives for the performance of personnel to have more robust performance It will help to promote the efficiency of the work of administrative personnel in Pathum Thani Province to be more efficient in terms of production costs. administrative process and results forever.
