POLITICAL FACTORS PROMOTING COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE OPERATION OF NAM-ORM SUB-DISTRICT, KORWANG DISTRICT, YASOTHORN PROVINCE

Abstract

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the levels of factors relating to the operation of Community Enterprise, 2. To compare factors relating to the operation of the Community Enterprise, 3. To propose the political policy affecting the operation of the Community Enterprise. Methodology was the mixed methods. The quantitative research, data were collected using questionnaires from people who were and were not members of community enterprises. The sample size was 369 people. The qualitative research by in-depth interviewing 9 key informants.       Findings were as follows: 1. General conditions the Community Enterprise operation of Nam-orm Sub-District, Korwang District, Yasothorn Province was found, by overall, were at high level. 2. People with different Gender, age, status did not have different opinions on the Community Enterprise operation. Only people with different educational level, monthly incomes had different opinions on the Community Enterprise operation at statistically significant level of 0.01 and 3. The approaches to  political policy affecting the Community Enterprise operation consisted of  enhancing the knowledge and understanding of the Community Enterprise operation, allocation of the capital sources and community enterprise networks, capacity development of production and marketing in the country and internally, capacity of the Community Enterprise enhancement in the areas of technology and innovation, development of operational process, new entrepreneurship development, set the community enterprise operation in the local development plan, basis factors support and facilitation, promotion of the community enterprise operation from one generation to the next generation, enhancement of public relations and awareness for the people at every level to know, understand and support the Community Enterprise
